No MMAP is not a subsidiar from another travel company and all our tours, experiences and events are created by our own staff.
WHAT IS A CUSTOM MADE TOUR | EXPERIENCE?
Custom made tours | experiences are unique end exclusive travel experiences designed according to the wishes, time and budget available.
CAN I BOOK MORE SEVERAL TOURS | EXPERIENCES AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes it’s possible to book more than one tour in one reservation. Once find the tour | experience that you like click on "Reserve" then choose date, time that you prefer and set the number of participants. After those steps you can continue to book others tours | experiences. At the end you can review all of your bookings and modify them, if necessary.
CAN I BOOK A CUSTOM EXPERIENCE THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
Yes you can book a tailor made experience through the website. Please send us your request and we will create a custom experience according to your preferences, time and budget available.
TOURS AND EXPERIENCES ARE AVAILABLE IN WHAT LANGUAGES?
Our services can be performed in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German. Other languages are available on request and budget.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK TOURS | EXPERIENCES?
Any tour | experience must be booked with an advance of 72 hours before the beginning.
WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION RECEIVE FROM MMAP AFTER CARRYING OUT THE RESERVATION?
After book and pay your reservation customer receives a confirmation which contain all the information about your reservation: booking identification, complete description, date and time, number of people, meeting and phone number from our staff for contact. DO I HAVE TO PRINT THE RESERVATION PROOF?
It is not necessary to print the booking confirmation. To perform your tour | experience it’s enough to have the booking number and show it to the staff.
HOW DO I RECOGNIZE THE STAFF ELEMENTS?
In your booking confirmation you have detailed information about where and how you will find the staff elements and they are properly identified so that you don’t have any doubts.
CAN I CONNECT DIRECTLY THE STAFF ELEMENTS IF I DON’T FIND THEM?
When we send your booking confirmation you have all the information that you need to contact the staff elements from MMAP. If for some reason you wont be able to contact them you can use our customer service ligns via the number +351919766779.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOUL I ARRIVE AT THE STARTING POINT FOT THE TOUR | EXPERIENCE?
We recommend to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your tour | experience.
IF I LOSE MY RECEIPT CAN OBTAIN A DUPLICATE?
If for some reason you lose your receipt you can get a duplicate by contacting MMAP via email or online customer service support in order to obtain a duplicate.
CAN PAY MY BOOKINGS IN CASH?
All our services, purchased through our website, must be paid by the means indicated on the website: Visa, Martercard, PayPall or bank transfer.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES FROM MMAP?
All tours | experiences are reimbursed up to 72 hours before the date of the beginning of contracted services. If the customer cancels all costs are charged to the customer.
